Haven't noticed a difference but it's a big pain to pull out and put back and looks ugly in my bathroom. Bought it cause my wife is short and feet dangle on the new toilet I installed. Might work for people with pooping issues but I'm normal

The Squatty Potty is not 7" but closer to 8". I
I am 5'2" & 73 years old and find it impossible to comfortably sit in that position. It will not be used. A waste of money.
