    PreserVision Eye Vitamin & Mineral AREDS Lutein is a vitamin recommended by ophthalmologists for people who may have problems with Degeneration of the Eye Macula. It is taken as a preventive measure and as this occurrence is very common in my family, I have been using it for some time. Here in Brazil it is not sold and so I need to buy it abroad. Although it is very expensive for my resources.

    I hate reviews that make me do things their way

    This is me talking. I take both Areds and Areds2, one capcil each morning. For me, that gives me the best vision (so good, I no longer need my glasses, except for reading). If I take 2 Areds2 I pumps me up too much.
