If it's recommended by my Mother it's a 5 star product. She's a retired RN and has researched many different supplements. This is one of the number one supplements she says we all need.. After just one week of using 5 drops twice a day. I feel more alive and have more energy. Does not contain any caffeine. All natural. I put the drops in about a quarter cup of juice. As a woman in my mid 60's with arthritic knees I purchased a 2 ounce bottle to start with. I started taking 15 drops a day while on a camping trip. By the 4th day I was more energetic. By the 5th day, I was moving more easily. I had not changed my diet, or anything else, just added the drops to my daily routine. That was 7 months ago, I have continued to use Concentrace daily and have not used any pain meds in that time. I think I am sleeping better, have increased energy and can walk up stairs.
