Listing showed boxes that looked like new. The puzzle boxes I receive were badly crushed and have packing tape on them. Shipping was slow, seller did not respond so bad communication. Seemed to me like intentional deception. Buyer beware!

ALTHOUGH BOX MAY BE TATTERED, PUZZLE WILL BE GOOD WORKING CONDITION. WE FOCUS ON PREDICTABLE DELIVERY OF THE PUZZLE, NOT ITS BOX.- We don't understand why buyer is worried about a small used cardboard box with no value. Actual puzzle was in NEW condition. Unreasonably disagreeable lacks credibility.
