The process of getting it was fine, but it caused a toothache for a few days, and I am not sure why, but it is unsafe.

A custom-made retainer does not change oral hygiene. It is advisable to brush at least twice a day and floss teeth at least once a day.

I am extremely pleased with my retainers and the service I recieved!!! The mold making kit arrived in a few days and it was very easy to make the molds. I sent my molds back the very next day and my retainers arrived in @ a week and it's even the beginning of the holiday season!!! The retainers appear to be great quality and fit great.
