    Great Culinary Knife for Dicing and Chopping

    This knife is excellent quality holds a great edge for a long time. I used a steel to dress the edge and it was back to razor sharpness. It is a ridged knife very good balance and I am impressed. It works just like my very expensive Japanese's knifes. Great value for the price and use it every day.
