Item took several days to ship. Then, BestBuy makes it virtually impossible to return items. Communication was slow with messages taking 2-3 days to be returned. They initially told that a USPS label would be sent for the return, but it was invalid for the item size. I tell them that their label was invalid and a couple more days pass before they decide that I was ineligible for a return label. Their retail stores will not help you if you go through Ebay. Avoid them like the plague.
