MAKES A PERFECT COFFEE SCOOP
Heavy duty and stainless steel. Actually weighs alot ! But then you know it's substantial. Long handle helps you reach the bottom of the coffee can. I had researched plenty of measuring scoops. I believe it is an actual 2 tablespoon. I wanted it solely to measure my coffee every day. I have a larger than normal coffee mug because I don't want those silly small ones like a teacup. I was SO happy to find that one full scoop leveled off with my finger was EXACTLY perfect for the way I liked my coffee (which is just a little on the strong side). If I'd wanted it less strong I could have leveled off a little deeper with my finger. I added a small hanging hook underneath my kitchen cabinet to store it and keep it handy. It is perfect for brewing coffee. Many scoops are one (1) tablespoon and coffee requires two tablespoons per cup so if, like me, you have a 4 cup coffeemaker, you count out only 4 scoops instead of 8. The design and finish are very nice.
