I love this little washing machine! You've got to know what you're getting. It is tiny but easily can handle 5 or so T-shirts with excellent agitation, depending on what size you are. You can do a pair or 2 of jeans (and a T-shirt or 2)--just count the jeans as 2 items and again don't overload it. An easy way to see how much the washer can easily agitate is to see how much you can cram TIGHTLY into the spinner side, which is even smaller. As long as you can cram it in the spinner side and still be below the rim so the little lid/cover will fit in on top of the clothes, then the washer side will fit it loosely and have plenty of room to agitate. (Edit: Realized later I was only filling to medium line, so would actually fit a little more at the highest fill line.) You also have to be prepared for gravity drainage, as it does not have a pump, and have it on a sturdy table or base that will fit the whole machine on a flat surface, have it near a 3-pronged electric socket, and have it near a lower drain or bucket you can drop the drain tube down into when ready, which can require a bit of planning if your kitchen or bathroom isn't already set up ideally. When the machine is on standard wash and filled to the high level, it can jiggle a little with the strong swirling of the water even when sitting on the flat floor, so you definitely don't want to walk away and let it wash if you don't have it on a sturdy stand/base, but it is quite heavy to lift from the floor up to the counter to drain once it's filled with water so that's why I suggest having a sturdy stand rather than having it on the floor, though yes, the floor is ideal during the wash cycle if you want to be able to walk away. Having said all that, my clothes were definitely every bit as clean after being washed in this little machine and I really think cleaner than when they are washed in our full-sized machine. And the spinner spins out so much water in a 5-min spin that they'll dry in a high-heat dryer in less than 30 minutes, even the jeans. It is definitely more convenient when you need a clean change of clothes quickly to pull out this little machine that will get them cleaner and dryer in a much faster amount of time than it is to deal with the full-sized machines. Edit: I had actually bought 2 of these used, and after testing them both, 1 works excellently and the other just works... but when I tried washing just 2 pairs of jeans in it, it struggled and made a noise like the belt was slipping, though when I opened up the back of them both to compare and feel the belts (though it was difficult really to reach with my fat hands so couldn't feel the tension that great), I couldn't really tell the difference so kind of disappointed in one. It still does okay with shirts and underwear and still sort of good with just 1 pair of jeans at a time, but I had wanted to give one to my stepson to use in his apartment so he doesn't have to use the laundromat, but I struggle now with which to give him because I need one to wash my uniforms for work every few days. So guess they can be kind of hit and miss on the quality. :-/ Read full review

I was so look ing forward to this unit . with everything closed I couldn't even wash my clothes. so, it took a week to get delivered, the instructions was about a 5/10 on how easy it is to use. set up really wasn't to hard a bit confusing due to instructions saying one thing and the unit is showing another. but what really really pissed me off was It working great the first load , than I tried to run another and it completely stopped working.. $150 unit and you can only use it once?? not okay with me at all. in the instructions it has a couple extra pages for when your unit acts up (guess it happens a lot) on how to fix it if it does this and that. well I tried everything and it work run at all******. definitely not going to be worth purchasing.

This is my honest review. The instructions to this, doesn't help or work. I had to watch a YouTube video, to figure out, how to use it. The hose to get water into the washer, is not long or wide enough, and you cannot use it with a regular sink, to put water in the machine. You need to pour water into the washer with 2 buckets of water, every time you wash. The hose to drain water is also not long enough, and you have to hold it to drain water from the washer, and you bend your back every time. The dryer only dries 5 minutes at a time, and should dry 15 minutes, as you can wash 15 minutes, should be same time to dry, up to 15 minutes too. The clothes after washing and draining are still very wet, and soaked. You should be able to wash and dry at the same time, on this machine. This machine is good for not having to go to the laundromat, and spending lots of money, washing and drying, but this machine needs many improvements, to be considered good quality. It is not easy to use. It is not quiet. It performs okay. The dryer makes loud noises, when drying. The washer doesn't. I give a unsatisfactory response, given, what I experienced with it. Does nice small loads without having to leave the apartment. Spin extractor makes for pretty dry clothes. Permanent press does better drip dry to prevent wrinkles. Instructions are a place to start to learn how to use this machine.
