My item went missing for a few days, so I contacted the seller who tracked it down. When I unpacked the parcel, I discovered that the vase had been damaged in transit. I contacted the seller who issued an immediate refund and suggested I keep the vase and have a go at repairing the damage.

Item took well over a month and a half and arrived semi damaged however, the seller was great. Perhaps bubble wrap would’ve helped but it looks like the post office was extra rough with it so I’m not sure if anything would’ve helped to be honest. Seller was very accommodating, helpful and responsive. They kept in touch even after shipping. Any issues was with international mail which I honestly anticipated. Thank you!!!!
