    Missed the mark

    The premise if the approach taken by the authors of the book seems to be that there are unresolved issues between the person dealing with grief and the person who died. In my case that isn't at all the case.

    A whole new way of looking at how to deal with grief.

    The Grief Recovery Handbook

    I appreciated this books as an alternative to Kubler Ross's stages of grief. The book is set up for you to be able to work through your grief with another person or alone if you don't have someone available. It is a remarkable book that helps one understand what is helpful and not helpful in dealing with a broken heart, spirit, relationships etc. It give positive actions persons can take to heal their brokenesss by utlizing suggestions in the book. They challenge the reader to think about one's life and work through grief in a healing manner.
