Design could use a wire trim gauge/guard to avoid whacking trunks of trees and bushes. Overall very pleased. The edging wheels were missing when the box arrived, but when notified the seller promptly sent out the wheels. Good customer service

Fast shipping, it looks good and clean, this one you can tell on the motor end it's been reconditioned , that said it has a new shield/guard and wheels. As with the blower we purchased charger/batteries look new and from what we can tell it works great. (Fingers Crossed) Being 40V we anticipated maybe a little more "power", all is good though.     Easy to handle and performs well

    Great tool for smaller jobs. I tried a larger competitor tool and it was too much of a beast, so I scaled it back with this model. It ran non-stop on 2 x 2 AH batteries for nearly 25 mins. Although it does not have a lot of power compared to the bigger tools, it is lighter and easier to handle. If you like fine, detailed trimming, this is a good product. The fact you can turn it on its side, attach the wheels, and trim a neat edge within a few seconds is even better. I recommend this for anyone with half an acre or less. On a side note, manufacturers generally put cheap cutting line in their boxed trimmers. Once the pre-loaded 0.80 ran out, I tested some 0.95 premium line and went to town. I was not disappointed, using just a small portion of the premium in comparison. Lesson: Get rid of ...

    Worst Trimmer I’ve ever used

    This thing will NOT CUT any grass/weeds whatsoever. Full charge on both batteries and it has zero power to do any yard work. Useless paperweight.

    Worx Well for Trimming

    This is able to trim 1280 linear feet of fence line and around my house before needing a recharge. The thicker line is good for cutting down weeds. I'm able to release more line with a push of a button rather than changing a single line like my old trimmer. The unit is heavier than my gas trimmer but I'm able to balance it so I don't notice it much. Haven't had a need to use the wheels but they store away right on the unit for future use.

    Proffessional grade tool.

    This is a full on professional trimmer! I am pleased and overwhelmed by the quality of this Worx product. I now am a 20v power share customer. I have a 40v (2-20v) blower and am impressed with the quality of both Worx tools. I can use 20v batteries across the board for my complete lawn maintenance Great performance and will last for years. .

    Worx trimmers and tools from a 10+ year user

    This twin 20Volt trimmer does a great job on those heavy duty trim jobs. I've used the regular 20 Volt trimmer for the last 10 years and love that along with all the other Worx tools I have and they have never let me down. The reason for this purchase was to do the tougher trim jobs I've been putting off in a shorter amount of time than my 20 Volt trimmer would take. I've found the extra torque let me do heavier trim jobs in about 1/3 the time. As stated, I've used many Worx tools over the years and found they are quality tools and hold up well. Recently I lost the drive spoke to my cordless chainsaw (had that for 5-8 years too) and could not find a replacement, so I called Worx to order one.
