Very easy to use. Although I thought the magnet would be a lil bit stronger. So far it does stay on holder, but has a tendency to bounce around note than I would prefer. Sometimes I have to reposition it, do to sliding. Update, I have removed it due to it not working well. The vent mount itself doesn't stay well.

Cracked my phone screen
Conceptually, it looks compact and sleek and thsys exactly what I wanted. But in reality the grip is horrible on the vent and the magnets aren't strong enough to hold a phone while driving. The mount kept slipping, my phone would rotate in a circle from the vibrations of the car while driving, and eventually fall off. It would scare me sometimes that my phone would maybe come underneath the pedals while I was driving if I didn't catch my phone in time, but luckily I avoided that. I stopped using it completely when my phone fell off and when I picked it up my screen had cracked! cute mount
I really like the idea of the mount, it has a strong ball joint and good grip without putting excess pressure on the phone. The only thing is that the vent bracket isn’t the best and moves around or comes off, I ended up hooking it up to a previous mount and works PERFECTLY for me

Magnets work great just holding phone and holder but don't work when setting phone on holder. Holder cannot support weight of phone so it turns around and slides off. Rubber cover on metal spikes of holder meant to fit in car air vent, split and peeled off leaving exposed metal, first time put in air vent. Will not fit in air vent, will not hold cell phone Maybe a firm base like a dash mount works? The mount sometimes has a tendency to come loose from the vent if you move the position of the magnet head, which is fixed simply by pushing it back into the vent. However, this is not so much a design flaw as it is inherent to the concept itself. And the magnet could be a little more powerful, but that may be due to threw fact that the metal piece that interacts with the magnet is inside my phone case. It came with two metal pieces, one of which is backed with glue to mount directly to the back of your phone if you don't have a case to slip it into like I do or don't mind it being on the outside of your case. But I love it!
