Great Book and Way to experience new authors.
I bought this book because kept checking it out from the library and loved it. I figured since I loved it so much, I may as well own it. It has two of my favorite authors in it, Sherrilyn Kenyon and J.R Ward, so the money I spent for it was vell spent for the product. The only thing I don't like about the book is that there aren't more short stories by those two authors. They had other authors in there that are good, but I'd rather have the first two authors. This was a great way for me to experience other writing styles without much risk because I knew two of the authors in the book anyway. I like the varitey of the book and the pacing.I bought this book because kept checking it out from the library and loved it. I figured since I loved it so much, I may as well own it. Very Good Compilation of Stories from All Authors
As a rule, I don't care for anthologies. They usually contain cast-off stories that add little value to any on-going series and barely make sense on their own because you don't get as involved with the characters or the back story. But this book is different--the story from Kenyon is wonderful and would have made a fabulous addition to the Were-Hunter series (if expanded). I enjoyed the contributions by all 4 authors, but I'm most familiar with Kenyon's work (it's the reason I bought the book). I would recommend this to anyone who's a fan of any of these authors.As a rule, I don't care for anthologies.
