Perfect companion for people on the Zone Diet or anyone who is health-conscious
I love this book. I think I'm a very visual person, so the beautiful pictures of the food in this cookbook are a real plus to me. In fact, I have a cookbook holder in my kitchen, and I'm displaying this book on it for decoration. It's so much more than decorative, though. I have spent a lifetime trying to control my weight, so I've tried out all the major diets, and I really think The Zone Diet is the healthiest and most sensible one around. Now that my husband has been diagnosed with high blood sugar, he is much more willing to go along with a "diet" than before, and I chose this one for him. This program is really all about regulating blood sugar, after all, and this cookbook makes it very easy to follow the Zone Diet. This cookbook contains recipes for breakfasts, lunches, ... Best Zone cookbook out there
My spouse and I have been on the zone diet for a long time. I am very pleased with the zone cookbook by Kristy Walker because it gives me new, flavorful ways of preparing meals that taste great, are easy to make, and help with recipe inspiration. Most of the other zone cookbooks out there are from the same author and the recipes, for my taste, a bit bland. I have no idea why a great resource like the book from K.
