    Nelson DeMille is THE BEST author for pure entertainment, PERIOD!!

    Nelson DeMille is a master story teller and his wit keeps me in stitches. Absolutely one of my all-time favorite authors. I love his John Corey main character novels too! This one is easy to read and very entertaining. All his books are great!! The Gold Coast and Gate House are the best. Plum Island, The Lion, The Panther, etc. are all great John Corey books. You cannot go wrong with these books.

    John Corey always fun- but this is violent

    I love DeMille's John Corey books. This one is exciting but there is so very much violence and that is a bit of a put off. We see enough on the news and the graphic violence here seems a bit unnecessary but John Corey is, as always, likable, funny and compelling.

    Thought-provoking, compelling, and extremely entertaining!

    This book is a rare combination of deadly, life-threatening content combined with the light-hearted, almost comical, dialogue (and thoughts) of its main character. The result of it all is a work of fiction that is both extremely entertaining and frighteningly realistic. I've come to expect just that in all of DeMille's work and the characters thereof.
