they are a scam seller, they create the label and never ship it. suddenyl when i got ebay involved the item shipped instantly. When the harp got here its a piece of junk, the levers dont work correctly, theres cracks in it, its poorly made. I am currently trying to get a refund and they once again will not send the return label and i am once again going to have to get ebay involved. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
