Worth it but it is something that you need to take every day & it takes time to be effective
It helps with the hot flashes and night hot flashes especially. It helps for sleeping the night through rather than waking up and staying awake which helps make you more productive and more importantly: more HUMAN feeling. However, you do need to take it every day and it isn't something you get instant results from. I had improvement in a couple of weeks but the longer I was on it, the better I sleep and the hot flashes are merely occasional and mild rather than overwhelming like they used to be.It helps with the hot flashes and night hot flashes especially. Do not want to live without it!
Went without it for about a month, not by choice, it was awful!!! I've been using Estroven for 6 years I believe, and it's an excellent product, I prefer this particular one rather than the new one, which I also tried, I can say, I do not want to go without it again!!!

I have been taking Estroven on and off for over a year now and it works wonders for me without all the risks that come Premarin. Besides when you know what and where Premarin is actually coming from this is a much better choice and quite inexpensive. Premarin stands for pregnant mare urine.
