I'm actually surprised the item arrived undamaged. They used an old Amazon box that was twice as big as it needed to be. The items were just loosely thrown into the oversized box with very little of whatever they had lying around packing material. The box arrived half mangled. That being said, they shipped what they advertised, the price was fair, and they shipped it quickly. They just need to take a bit more care with shipment prep.
