    Fantastic microphone - 5 STARS!

    Beautiful sounding mic that stands out in the mix (I am keyboard player and arrange all my songs on multiple tracks, so I have a lot to cut through). Here are the things that really impressed me and I am a happy camper: 1. Beautiful sounding in the mix (the inflections in my voice are now heard) 2. Gorgeous look and lightweight - does not pull a standard mic boom down 3. Pop filter that comes with this (OEM) is just great - no hanging boom extensions and ugly large cheap filters 4. Simplified set up for intended use. 5. Beautiful wood box - too cool. 6. No need for expensive pre-amps. I run mine through a Yamaha MGO6X mixer (with phantom power) and it has a hot enough signal. I only use for vocals. Instructions that come give different polar settings for respective use. I cannot be ...

    Blue Baby Bottle SL condenser mic.

    Good mic for natural sound

    Blue has outdone itself with this one! I was looking for a microphone that would produce breathy, intimate vocals along the line of classic Ella Fitzgerald or Madeleine Peyroux, and Baby Bottle SL does exactly that. This mic also sounds warm, rich and just...downright amazing when put in front of an overdriven tube amp. Bably Bottle SL, a modded Telecaster and a road-worn Fender bassman is pretty much my holy grail, go to setup these days. Not only does the mic sound great, but it's built like a tank and looks stunning on display in my microphone case. I'd recommend this to anyone looking to bring extra soul and character to their music.
