The range hood was scratched and dented. I didn’t see the extra photos until I had already ordered. The seller had already shipped but promised me they would make it right if I was dissatisfied. Their communication was excellent. And in the end I was unable to use the hood. They promptly refunded my money and said I did not have to return the item. It will go to charity.
