    Great Book for everyone!

    This is a great book- Lots of creative recipes, both elaborate and simple. There are so many different salads to choose from, with such diverse ingredients! I really like how the book describes and illustrates uncommon ingredients, to make them easier to find, and to help the reader understand what these ingredients add to the salad.
