    Great Antenna for distant weak AM medium wave radio stations.

    I Purchased this product as a replacement twin coil amplified antenna tuner. I thought I was having a problem with my current one. It turned out I was using the wrong power supply. I use my to listen to a late night radio program that I enjoy. The stations programming director canceled the program. The only station I can receive is in Louisville Kentucky. I am in the South Coastal Massachusetts near Cape Cod. I am able to listen to 840 Am with out any trouble. I listen between 11:00 pm - 1:00 am. I was surprised at how well this Antenna works. It is one of Bob Crane Jr.'s second antenna design. I also have his first design his Select Antenna which he designed way back when he was living in Wisconsin. I highly recommend it for week AM medium wave radio station listening.

    Great product with useful features

    There are very few people that like to listen to AM radio. I am one of the few! This C.Crane AM antenna booster is great for those like me, that like AM radio, although their favourite stations are oftentimes to far away to listen to. This product brings in stations, that would be non-existant without the use of this product! Bravo!

    Excellent unit for am radio reception.

    The main unit and its associated control box, I have found that the factory connectors do not work reliably, as intended . I have rebuilt both units with different connectors and now this unit preforms as intended and is extremely excellent for am radio, long distance reception with my collection of radios. This is the second unit that I own and I have had to modify both.

    product should be inspected before being sold.

    paid $55. Had to supply my own RCA 1/8 " terminal 5 ft cable that connects twin coil ferrite unit to monitor dial. Also missing in shipment was 9v AC-DC outlet adapter. Still trying to figure out how to adjust coil, antenna and monitor to maximize AC radio reception.
