The item was listed as all black and was confirmed by the seller prior to purchase due to the inability to be certain from the images on the listing. Unfortunately this was incorrect and the trim is GRAY and black which is now apparent when reviewing the item in person against the images on the listing. Quick responses to questions and shipping but unfortunately the item isn't all black and doesn't match what I needed.

The buyer never sent any message confirming anything with this listing. I sell used parts and its described as such in the description. My pictures are clear and you can zoom in. Again, if the buyer had asked for more pictures or specifics I would have given them to avoid this situation but they NEVER did. Buying a used part and expecting brand new is not my fault.
