    Hungry Girl 200 under 200 is WONDERFUL!!!!

    This is a great book. Are you wanting to watch your calories? This is for you. You can eat some things that most people would not on a diet. But again it is not a diet, it is a change of life style. It goes along with Weight Watchers if you like and the point system. I like it better than recipe books for they are simple and tells about the calories and everything we need to know. Lisa Lillien does a great job with all her Hungry Girl Books.
