Described the sold item as new, ships it out with white marks all over the screen, as well as being broken from the get go. Monitor ended up not even being able to hold a charge. I asked the seller what was going on, and he literally sends me pictures of him using it outside of the box. Tries to tell me the monitor doesn’t work due to needing a certain graphics card to use it, which is an absolutely stupid excuse. Imagine needing a specific card to use a monitor?? What a joke.

Screen were perfectly in working condition , we photo the sesriel number, and this buyer switched the sticker and placedit on a defective monitor asking for REFUND.. we have filed a case with EBAY: SR# 1-476898178891 and filed for seller protection from buyers like that

Seller took no effort to clean and box looked 2nd hand used. This machine was advertised as an open box and not described as used. Just an awful experience. Do not buy from this seller!
