It was the exact product promoted, from the original company even. Brand new in original packaging. No damage. Sale went thru no problem and shipped/received in a timely manner. Product itself (humidifier) is great so far, a little smaller than I anticipated, which is a good thing. Holds the correct amount of water. Only down side is that they recommend using distilled water which is kinda pricy out here… island living. *i think all humidifiers recommend that though do not product specific.

Item arrived.. After purchase a label was created then took several days to finally get to shipper. This practice of labeling an item as shipped then to wait days before actually shipping has to stop. Also... Compared to the pics in the advertisement. It is much small in size dimensions than I expected. They really should have a recommended tent size for the various humidifiers they sell. This wouldn't work for 4x4 tent needing higher humidity. even if the hose is set correctly it drips a lot.

    Product has a very sleek design runs very well and very quite. The probe is extremely accurate. Keeps my area within 1% of target r.h. The long power cord is great for location purposes. Over all very well built. Excited for future purchases

    Great product! My only complaint is the directions included were not clear on how to adjust the humidity number. Figured out on my own but would have liked better instructions.
