My 81 year old mom was looking for a fireplace and was looking at one and accidentally hit order instead of the back button so she placed an order by mistake she told me about it and I got in and hit cancel within 5 minutes me received an email my request to cancel was declined as it was already shipped, there is no way it could have been shipped within 5 min! That’s just poor customer service … moms 81 and not 100% efficient with technology I understand how she made a mistake
