Brunstetter This is a delightful cookbook with bright, vibrant colors and easy-to-follow Amish recipes. There are snippets of Amish wisdom peppered throughout the book, which I always find interesting. My favorite recipes are GINGER ALE, FALSE MINCE PIE, and YAK PLAY DOUGH. There is an index, and also an index by key ingredients, which is helpful if you are wanting to use something specific. My husband hasn't minded at all, tasting his way through this cookbook.
