This product bestows / restores balance at the intra-cellular level and intercellular level. Is this really the best?
The author of the calcium lie II book says this is the best ionic mineral supplement out there. BUT, after spending much of his book telling us not to supplement with calcium we find a big hit of calcium is the first thing put on the label in this bottle, followed by a big hit of iron men don't need either. Men are over ironed and the only way they can get rid of iron is through donating blood; why would they want to add more iron? I gave this bottle to my daughter who is about to have a baby and I am looking for an ionic mineral product that leaves out the calcium and iron.The author of the calcium lie II book says this is the best ionic mineral supplement out there. Got this in case I'm feeling faint (when it's really hot out) and I need electrolytes
I tried chewing one (I don't recommend...it doesn't taste good.) I contacted the manufacturer, and they said swallowing the pill would dissolve just as quickly as chewing the pill....so definitely swallow it! I haven't had to use it yet, but I'm optimistic it would work quickly if needed. The price was very good.

Liquid is better but I use this when I travel. I supplement with potassium in hot weather. It's just trace minerals with mostly magnesium, not compete minerals but close. Use this if you drink purified or distilled water.
