When the package arrived one of the two jars was shattered and the contents were leaking from the box. Seller was contacted. Photos and detailed explanation was sent to seller. 50% of the product was contaminated with shattered glass. Seller offered a 12% refund, IF I returned the contaminated product and the shattered remains of jar. This is neither practical, or safe. I offered a compromise. I would buy another order, if seller would adjust the price. That was last communication with seller.
