I have revised my feedback to reflect the information that was needed for me to feel safe in purchasing these items has been obtained. The staff helped me to translate the Japanese into English so that I could see that the product was manufactured in the USA. This needs to be stated in English on the packing if they are selling to the USA. Other English is provided, so why not provide this crucial info? Verbac has a very good reputation and I am happy that the seller has enabled me to keep.

These were made in the USA and the packaging was intended for the Japanese market as stated in the listing and shown in the photos. Customer stated that she did not read the listing or look at the photos because "they were too hard to see". It probably does say "Made in the USA" but none of us can read Japanese, we provided proof that these were made in the US by showing photos of the master cases which we were pulling from. No return was opened and we have no control over postal rates.
