I was looking so forward to the boxed set as described when I purchased, but only received the book, no cards. I sent message and pic of book only and the little plastic bag with all mail info. And in a day had a positive response from seller. Thank you for your quick response, and for making it right. I am happy to purchase from this seller in the future :)

  • PTSD and LOPTSD Best Book Ever

I stumbled over this book in the public library and knew I had to get my own copy. It helps you see clearly and recognize and understand your triggers. Many workbook excercises and suggestions. Excellent for "late onset' as well as recent traumas. If there could only be one book on the planet for PTSD sufferers, I would give this one a three thumbs up. Coupled with The Art Therapy Sourcebook by Cathy A. Malchiodi you will be amazed at your progess toward really living well again. Really, really.

  • Great tool!

I started this book with my therapist about 3 months ago. I was immediately impressed how easy it was to read and how much of it worked for me. I moved away so I no longer go to see my therapist. So I decided to buy the book and continue myself. With or without a therapist this book is so well written that I can continue to work on myself and heal from my trauma. I definately recommend it.
