This printer was easy to build and get up and running. The assembly video on the included USB drive made the set up a lot smoother than what it would have been with just the printed instructions in the manual. The print quality of the Buddha test model with the included Rapid PLA was great, and PETG also prints at faster speeds with little issue (when using the right settings). The printer I received does not have the software-related issues of the original release models, either.

My experience with the seller at time of purchase unfortunately is the only positive experience I have had. I have had the printer for 2 days now, followed all instructions explicitly and only the initial out of the box preprogrammed preloaded model printed correctly. The other 20 attempts turned into a big mess of extruded filament globbed around the print head and extruded. And apparently in researching this. It’s a know issue that Elegoo should correct before sending anymore devices out.

My new 3D printer “Neptune 4 Max” arrived quickly, and in good condition. Been using it for a while now with no real problems. Quite an upgrade from my ender 3. I recommend setting up the wifi file transfer as the usb is a bit touchy.
