    Best and most effective diet ever

    Used this about 15 years ago to lose nearly 30 pounds in a couple months and after being married for nearly 17 years, I could stand to restart it. Only one I have ever really tried that definitely works. Try it, what do you have to lose but weight & quickly at that.

    great book its changing my life and i am very extremeley happy to Dr atkins

    perfect thank you, now i have lost over 15 lbs in one month...eating healthy now. I look forward to losing about 40 more lbs. now days here in the us we eat too much junk food. sodas, breads, candy, energy drinks, and we all eat chips, fries, and these fatty foods. the result is we get to fat and we start getting all kinds of medical problems.. i have gout for about 7yrs now and i can honestly say that all the junk food is the reason for it.

    Atkin's Diet

    This diet is very good. I am type 2 diabetic. Following this diet I find I have a lot more energy. Besides losing weight, I have been able to cut back on some of my medications. I am pleased with the results so far.
