    Disappointing

    I was looking forward to using this for cleaning up the extra rug shampoo that the previous renters left on the rug in this apartment. Unfortunately, the trigger stopped working very soon after I started using it. I did continue to use it to brush the carpet, but that was manually very intensive. I had to spray water on the carpet and then use the shampooer to scrub the area. I do not recommend this item as it is not well-made.

    not a quality product

    I am not totally happy with the product....it doesn't get stains out of carpet. Good to use in a pinch, but will go back to having carpets professionally done. Product came in good condition and in a very timely manner.

    It does work

    The product works, it did clean my carpet and didn't leave it soaking wet, but the handle retracts into the tank when pushed hard. It splashes a little water, but for the price compared to electric shampooers, it works pretty good. It actually cleaned better than a vacum style powered shampooer.

    Small but the power it has speaks for itself!!

    I would recommend this shampooer 100% it does not dry up your carpet but it also dispensed enough shampoo to clean your carpet, just leave a fan on overnight and your carpet will be dry by morning. Perfect for in between carpet cleaning or if you have small peds. It cleans, it really does.
