Great for managing my migraines!
I take the liquid magnesium to help manage my migraines. I used to get headaches every day. Many of my migraines were severe! I was on opioids to manage them and I would end up in the E.R. because they were so severe. For me, the liquid magnesium is miracle because my headaches are much less severe and I don't need the opioids anymore to control them. You have to mix this with juice to be able to take it because it will burn your throat really bad if you don't mix it. I hope this helps someone who is suffering! This is an excellent magnesium supplement. It is of high quality and benefits my health immensely without having to use very much of the supplement. Has a strong flavor, even gives a heat sensation on the tongue. The label recommends using a few drops in a drink to mask the flavor. It is a fairly large bottle; almost 5 inches tall including the dropper.
