To (407elrey123), maybe you got a broken one, or your're not using it correctly? Did you use the manual? These work great. I'm not trying to be mean or start trouble, but you shouldn't give it a bad review unless you can explain why it didn't work and what your set-up was. That's not helpful - and it's unfair to the manufacturer and to sellers who are trying to sell them. They DEFINITELY WORK! - I built a business around them. Tell you what, if you send a Tel#, I can call you, record it with a THAT-2, & post the audio for all to hear as Proof.
