I am sorry that you are unhappy with the description of the item. I was under the impression that it was new when it was listed. You contacted us via email at 3:30 in the afternoon and we responded at 8:30 the next morning when our store reopened. I do not feel that you allowed adequate time to respond to your complaint. As the item has been installed by you and is working, we would like to offer a $100 refund due to the misunderstanding.
