The directions that come with it are vague, but the website is where it is at. They have video's to walk you thru the setup. The picture quality is amazing ! It even allows you to zoom in and see them sleeping. Then there is the audio feature, you can talk to your pets ! I can even play with mine using the red laser dot that is built in to the cube. What a wonderful experience and a joy to use for the pet parent that wants to check in on your fur-babies.
