The ad stated that the bike had a 21.5" frame. It did not. I had a 16.5" frame. That's a big difference. I contacted the seller about this and they initially responded, but then they ghosted me. They claimed that they never entered the frame size so this must have been an auto-complete error. First of all, 21.5" is a rather specific value to have been entered by auto-complete. But also, how could you create an eBay ad and never once look at it for months?
