Pretty much the title sums it up. Yes, I did read the cleaning directions. Yes, I did use baking soda and the included sponge/cleaner. It worked wonderfully the first time I used it and it was difficult to clean (but only taking maybe 5 minutes to clean). The second time I used it, it didn't work very well and the food was torn apart due to the sticking and much more difficult to clean (taking about 30 minutes to clean). Thinking I had solved the issue, I tried again to cook using it. After trying to clean for about 40 minute and realizing that it just wasn't going to happen, I threw it away. I knew EVEN IF I could get it clean one more time, I wasn't going to continue this game. Apparently, the non-stick isn't warrantied from what I was told. The short version is, it cost me around $15.00 per use plus a lot of (frustrating) time trying to get it clean. Also, I'm not sure why I received 10 emails this morning to review this one specific item because I've never received more than one email every 6 months for a review.Read full review

Limited to only one size item to grill & it is very thin. Limits most things of any thickness due to design as it has to close & turn over. Turning over design has to lock to be able to put in proper position to cook item.
