Seller communication was excellent. I was provided accurate tracking information and when to expect the the karaoke machine. Delivery was very smooth. I was also provided contact name in case I had any questions or issues, but didn't need to use it. It was well packaged, everything tightly packed and taped. Karaoke player works great. It did lack a user manual though. You need to get that online.

The karaoke machine was delivered well-packaged to ensure a safe arrival. Early on, there was an issue with a letter K singer search but the problem was promptly fixed with a software update. Seller was always quick to respond. The machine performs as well as expected. Only wish that the support stand comes with a wider base to make it less wobbly.
