This phone is very nice and fairly easy to use. My only disappointment with it is its inconveniently large size. However that is nice for watching video clips. I was sad to find that the advertised triple minutes only applies to a couple of very select service plans, therefor does not even work for me. However, over all it is a good phone for less money, as far as I have seen in owning it.

I liked the large screen. It worked well for apps like Netflix, Hulu, and weather. I also liked it for texting. I didn't like the music app, as it wouldn't play my music that wasn't mp3 format. I also thought it was weaker at receiving calls than my old LG phone. I dropped the phone, on a carpeted floor, and it messed the display up so much it was very hard to use. After one month, I switched back to my old LG phone, which seemed much more rugged.

I gave this phone to my 5 year great granddaughter for a birthday present. She simply enjoys it. It will hold up to a 64 gb memory card which I installed. I downloaded a lot of educational programs to help her stay ahead in school. She has downloaded programs herself and has plenty of gbs to do what she wants. She loves the large screen. No problems with this phone. This phone is a great buy. Her 9 year old sister likes this phone better than the one she has and wanted to trade. So now I have to buy another. Great deal for the money.

I ,like most everyone else got this phone because of screen size. I liked everything but the volume of ear speaker. I find it almost impossible to hear Expect in the most idea conditions. For that reason I will have to pass .Otherwise this would be a 5 star phone.
