Nice seat, helpful support department. Seat fits in low clearance install applications where a wall or cabinet would interfere with most bidets. The soft close seats are a nice feature as well. Although the hardware is good quality; you are adding connections on the water supply side. It is smart to place a battery powered leak detector behind the toilet. These are cheap and can save you a bunch if there was a leak. Thanks again!

Besides the fact that the Brondell Bidet was as easy to install as advertised, it worked great and my wife LOVES it! I gave it to her for our anniversary. I couldn’t find it cheaper anywhere. Believe I looked everywhere. The customer service both at Brondell and EBay were fantastic to work with. I mistakenly ordered a Bidet in the wrong color and it had shipped before I could change the order. Both businesses worked hand in hand to see to it my return and refund went smoothly. 5+ stars for sure!
