Shipping was much faster than what I expected. Pizza oven arrived with no damage it was packed very well. The only issue I had was the door was a bit tight and hard to close when at cooking temps. I did a little grinding on the bottom of the door which I had read in reviews was a problem but nothing a little grinding would take care of. For the price I paid is seems very well built I am very happy.
