I have been used to pressure cookers as a quick and nutrient saving method to prepare delicious food. Unfortunately after moving i found that my gas range tended to be difficult to use without burning food in my regular pressure cooker which is why I bought the Rosewill. This not only works well as a pressure cooker but doubles as a rice cooker as well. Nothing burned, easy to clean and it definitely works.
