Awesome machine! Love this as it is easy to switch between exercises and has a very smooth operation. The weight limit is a little low for what some may need, but there are hacks online that can be used to add extra weight resistance rods to this model. Overall I love it!

I very much appreciate the safety in the bowflex in that I don’t have to worry about my kids putting their fingers in between weights that could come crashing down on their precious little hands. It is a little annoying to have cords laying all over when that part is not in use, and I do wonder how long the weights will maintain their tension. The seat could be better quality and more safe as well. Other than that it’s good, serves its purpose, and promotes strengthening. I will probably replace the weight system if it goes bad to reduce waste; however, hind sight, I might go with something more durable with predicted longevity.

I can't think of anything I don't like about my Bowflex. It's easy to set up, easy to use, quiet (no banging of weights to be heard-and I work out at 5am in my den and don't want to wake my wife). and takes up so little room. I love it!

Most say a dedicated lifter cannot get a good workout with this machine, actually it more the lifter than the machine, i have used home free weights, gym free weights, natural body weight, and then this machine, the bowflex pro 1000, i can say nothing to the negative about this machine, it can go as long as the lifter, it is very quiet, there is no metal clinging constantly, meaning if i cant sleep or workout early of the morning, it will not wake anyone in the house, it is upgradable to 310 easily, has enough exercises to work the entire body with a good imagination, can change resistance without picking up heavy weights and accidently dropping on toes, omg that hurts, can be used by either man or woman and even children, and is now days affordable, i am very happy with my purchase, and highly reccomend this machine to anyone. Not sure just yet if it is the type of resistance or the amount of resistance being used, my joints are in zero pain during the use of this machine, free weights hurt so bad i quit exercising with them, this is painless to use, so far, i have maxed the power rods all 210 on bench press several reps and so far, no pain at all shoulders, elbows, etc.Read full review
It's the right device for my daughter and I . Easy to use, although a bit of a learning curve! Many you tube videos for this model. I set up this unit in my sun porch. I had limited height and width requirements. Fit Perfectectly!
