This little guy certain has pluses and minuses. Yes, it holds 6 cans. But if you put 6 cans in you'll have a hard time getting much in the way of ice to fit. Take one can out, and you have enough room for ice to keep things cold for quite some time. Would have liked a little more insulation though. While it does (with 5 or less cans and the rest ice) keep things pretty decent for a day, it sweats like crazy. Had a big wet spot on the carpet in my hatchback area. I know better now, keep it on a rubber mat. You would be very unhappy if you put it on a seat and then sat in the resulting water. The flip up lid is handy, at times, and a pain at others; it tries to slide to the flip position every time you lift it. But weigh all that against the price - yeah, not bad. Bottom line: It runs circles around the soft sided six pack coolers, it is a lot more convenient than a full size (even medium size) cooler, and its cheap. Read full review

I have always used only coleman coolers, because they are built great, and look good, and work very well. This cooler I bought is another reason to say this. I will retire in about a year, but the cooler will continue to serve me for the rest of my life while playing golf keeping everything cool that I take with me to drink, and eat.

Wanted to use it for a bait cooler on the boat. Worked great for that.
