My son got 2 of these for Christmas and he just loves them. Our 12 year old son is a straight shooter when it comes to products that don't work so for him to like it you know it's a great product. He has 2 in his room(around 12x15 FT) and you can really tell it's working. He is very susceptible to nose bleeds if the air is dry and he has not had any problems so far. We are going to buy another 8 more for the house. Get these for your home and you will not regret it.

The aqua stone is definitely a humidifier for small spaces. It is hassle free and only has to be filled once a day. Water is transferred from the bowl via the porous stone where it is released into the air as advertised. It definitely works and I highly recommend it.

Get a life people! A cheaper, better alternative would be to take a cereal bowl, fill it with water and set a medium size sponge in it. Quiet, All Natural, Decorative Humidifier ~ No Batteries Required and CHEAP! If you want cheaper and have some nice "rags" available, use a rag instead of the sponge. Either way, it would produce as much moisture in the room as this thing does, plus the only thing you would really lose if it got knocked off of a table would be the bowl, not the "STONE" top. By the way, the "stone" top is only an unglazed ceramic ball with some cutouts at the bottom.
